Information Technology Assistant (150 hours)

Covers basic hardware and operating system support, including installation, troubleshooting, and an introduction to network concepts.

Provides technician-level training in networking, focusing on terminology, concepts, protocols, and basic configurations using OSI (Open Systems Interconnection) and TCP/IP models.

Offers training in network setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and support, with a focus on hardware like routers, switches, and bridges. It also includes teamwork and leadership development.

Advances training in configuring and managing LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network) networks, with emphasis and advanced hardware support.

Focuses on the setup, configuration, security, and maintenance of wireless local area networks.

Emphasizes infrastructure security for LAN and WAN networks, along with general communication security skills.
