Hardware & Software (OCP A - CompTIA A+)
Students begin with computer hardware and operating systems, learning how to build, upgrade, and troubleshoot computers. This includes working with motherboards, processors, RAM, storage devices, and peripherals, as well as installing and configuring Windows operating systems.
Networking (OCP B & C - CompTIA Network+)
Students transition into networking fundamentals, covering topics like IP addressing, subnetting, switching, routing, and network security. Using virtual labs, they configure routers, switches, and firewalls in simulated environments that mimic enterprise networks.
Security Fundamentals (OCP D - CompTIA Security+)
The final portion of the program introduces students to cybersecurity principles, including threat detection, access control, encryption, and security best practices. These topics align with modern IT security standards and prepare students for entry-level roles in network and system security.
